70% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from our Estate farmed and managed Vineyard in St. Helena along with 15% dark inky Petit Verdot and 15% elegant and distinct Cabernet Franc which melts on the pallet. Screaming with dark stone fruit flavors, blackcurrant, black cherry, blackberry, with smoldering chocolate mocha. Enticing and seductive blackberry liquor flavors, swirling with black licorice wild berry flavors. Pairs nicely with grilled and roasted meats and hearty Italian pasta dishes. Friends, for maximum enjoyment, let the 2022 Guido sleep and age in the bottle for an additional six to twelve months. Will continue to age nicely over the next decade or two. Stellar Cosmic Vintage. Only 10 barrels produced for a total of 225 cases. Limited.
